Louise Francesconi

Louise Francesconi is a California native. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Scripps College in Claremont, California and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

In 1975, Louise began her career at Hughes Aircraft Company in the Financial Operations Department. She rose to Chief Financial Officer in 1993. Later, she was appointed Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hughes Missile Systems; and in 1996, was named President of Hughes Missile Systems.
